- Short sleeves with striped cuffs. "67" twill appliqué at the right sleeve. Patch with our iconic Polo Bear and crossed baseball bats at the left sleeve.
- "Polo Ralph Lauren" patch with chain-stitched trim at the center front. Twill appliqués spelling out "Polo Bears" and "67" at the center back.
- Woven "67 Polo RL" label at the left hem.
